Romen Gouveia investigates traditional photography with digital images. He makes installations where he has developed his own techniques⎯ using digital prints, perspex, paper, wood and mirrors, printed in different methods ⎯He explores our desire to unite technology with nature and captures this relationship without using Photoshop or computer manipulation. Romen is originally from Brazil, and is currently completing his BA at Goldsmiths College.
